90 Day Manifestation Sprint: Change Your Life & Business

90 Day Sprint

Over the years, I’ve worked with hundreds of entrepreneurs who hit a plateau — not because they lacked talent, but because they didn’t have a focused sprint strategy. The truth is, you don’t need another year to create massive momentum. You need 90 days of clarity, discipline, and execution. If you want to scale fast, you need to set a clear target, break it down into actionable metrics, and raise your personal standard across every area of life — not just business.

Here’s how to structure your 90-day sprint to scale both your business and your life:

  1. Set a Clear, Measurable Business Target
Choose one core outcome — revenue, new clients, or MRR. Once you pick it, reverse-engineer it. If your target is $100,000 in 90 days, that’s $8,300 per week. Determine what will drive those numbers: is it more qualified calls, a better close rate, or raising your average deal size?

  2. Identify the Key Metrics That Drive Growth
Most businesses fall short because they don’t track what matters. You need to know your growth formula. If your average sale is $5,000, you need 20 sales. With a 20% close rate, you need 100 qualified calls. How many leads are required to hit that? Build a simple dashboard and track your key numbers weekly — booked calls, show-up rate, close rate, revenue per client.

  3. Set Daily and Weekly KPIs for You and Your Team
Success becomes predictable when the math is clear. Setters should know how many cold DMs or calls to send daily. Closers should have a set call volume and close target. As the founder, your KPIs should center around sales, team leadership, and strategic decisions. Hold short daily huddles and weekly reviews. What gets measured gets improved.

  4. Build the Infrastructure to Handle Scale
You can’t scale chaos. Put systems in place before you press the gas. That includes a CRM with automations, onboarding SOPs, fulfillment systems, and support staff or VAs to offload bottlenecks. Consider AI tools to automate appointment setting, follow-ups, and even qualifying leads. Your backend should be ready to handle 2–3x your current volume.

  5. Align Your Physical, Mental, and Spiritual Life
Growth only feels good if you’re not burning out. Over the next 90 days, build routines that support you — not drain you. Physically, train 4x per week, walk daily, hydrate, and get sunlight. Mentally, journal every day, read 15 minutes, and reflect weekly. Spiritually, carve out 10 minutes of silence or prayer each morning and unplug fully one day per week. You are the engine — and you have to protect it.

This 90-day sprint isn’t just about hitting a number — it’s about becoming the person who can sustain and scale it. The truth is, most people don’t fail from lack of ideas. They fail from lack of focus, structure, and accountability. With this sprint, you create momentum that compounds for the rest of the year.
